The Cisco Aironet Power Injector AIR-PWRINJ6= is a single-port Power over Ethernet (PoE) injector designed to power Cisco Aironet Access Points that require 802.3at power input. It provides up to 30 Watts of power and supports data rates of 10/100/1000 Mbps. The device offers an alternative powering option to local power supplies, inline power-capable multiport switches, and multiport power patch panels, increasing deployment flexibility for wireless LANs.

Key Features and Specifications:
Compliant with IEEE 802.3af (15.4 W) and IEEE 802.3at (30 W) PoE standards.
Provides 55V DC output power with shielded RJ-45 connectors.
Dimensions vary slightly between two supplier models but are approximately 2.04 in x 1.34 in x 5.51 in or 2.55 in x 1.42 in x 5.51 in.
Input power requirements: 100 to 240V AC, 0.8 A, 50 to 60 Hz.
Operating temperature range: -20ºC to 40ºC at 30 W output.
Not weatherproof; intended for indoor use only.
Includes a status LED indicating power and connection status.
The maximum supported Ethernet cable length for inline power is 328 ft (100 m), including the 6.5 ft (2 m) cable provided.
To avoid power conflicts, PoE should be disabled on the switch port connected to the AIR-PWRINJ6= injector.

Usage Notes:
Connects between a standard Ethernet switch and the access point, combining power and data on a single Ethernet cable.
The power injector has a built-in power supply with a C14 connector for connection to a wall outlet or power strip.
It should not be stacked or bundled with its AC power cable to prevent overheating.
The device package typically includes the power injector, power cord, and documentation.

Compatibility:
Supports powering a wide range of Cisco Aironet access points, including models like 9179F, 9178, 9176, 9172, 9166, 9164, 9162, 9130, 9124, 9120, 9117, 9115, 9105, 4800, 3800, 2800, 3700, 2700, 1840, 1830, 1815i/m/w, and others, either at full or medium power depending on the model
