The Cisco IP Phone 6861 (CP-6861-3PWNAK9) is a Wi-Fi enabled multiplatform IP phone designed for home office and small business users who need a full-featured VoIP phone without requiring a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch. It includes the North America (NA) power adapter (3-prong plug), making it ready for immediate desktop deployment. The phone runs Cisco Multiplatform Phone (MPP) firmware for use with third-party hosted call control systems such as BroadSoft, Asterisk, and other SIP-based platforms.

This remanufactured unit has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to meet Cisco quality standards, delivering the same reliable performance as new. The 6861 features a 3.2-inch (320x120-pixel) white backlit grayscale display, 4 programmable line keys supporting up to 4 SIP registrations, full-duplex speakerphone, and built-in dual-band Wi-Fi (802.11n) for flexible wireless connectivity.
