8800 Series Audio Key Expansion Module (KEM) with 28 buttons. It is designed to extend the capabilities of Cisco IP Phone 8851, 8861, and 8865 models by providing additional programmable keys for call coverage and management. This module adds 18 physical keys plus access to 18 more keys via page keys, totaling 36 additional keys. You can connect up to three 8800 KEMs to the IP Phone 8861 and 8865, and up to two to the IP Phone 8851. The module includes a foot stand and hardware to connect it side-by-side with the base phone.
Additionally, the CP-8800-A-KEM is the replacement product for the older CP-BEKEM Key Expansion Module for the 8800 series phones, specifically recommended for 8851 and 8861 deployments. The CP-BEKEM product was marked end-of-sale, and CP-8800-A-KEM is the current audio KEM option 3.
