The Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Power Supply Modules deliver fault tolerance, high efficiency, load sharing, and hot-swappable features to the Cisco Nexus 7000 Series. Each Cisco Nexus 7000 Series chassis can accommodate multiple power supplies providing both chassis-level and facility power fault tolerance.
Cisco Nexus 7000 series power supplies are more than 90-percent efficient, so less power is wasted as heat and more power is available for the system to use than with typical power supplies. The 6.0kW AC power supply module for the Cisco Nexus 7000 Series is a dual 20-ampere AC input power supply.
