The Cisco PWR-RGD-AC-DC-250 is a 250W power supply unit designed for use with Cisco Catalyst IE9300 Rugged Series switches. It supports both AC and high-voltage DC input power sources, with an input voltage range of 85-264VAC or 88-300VDC, making it compliant for use in hazardous locations. This power supply provides a higher PoE power budget for IE9310 and IE9320 systems that support PoE, and it is also compatible with optical and non-PoE copper systems, although the higher capacity is not necessary for non-PoE operation.
Physically, the PWR-RGD-AC-DC-250 extends approximately 30 mm (1.18 inches) from the rear of the switch.
