It supports link lengths of up to 500 meters over SMF. The 100 Gigabit Ethernet signal is carried over 4 parallel lanes, each operating at 25G, using NRZ modulation and DSP technology. This module is optimized for G.652 fiber and requires RS-FEC (Reed Solomon Forward Error Correction) for error correction.
