The Cisco SFP-10/25G-LR-S is a 10/25 Gigabit Ethernet Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP28) transceiver module designed for long-reach applications over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF). It supports both 10G and 25G data rates with a maximum link length of up to 10 kilometers on standard SMF (G.652). This module requires RS-FEC (Forward Error Correction) on the host ports for full reach operation at 25G speeds.
