The SFP-10G-LRM is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10 GbE) SFP+ LRM fiber transceiver. It supports the 10GBASE-LRM Ethernet standard. The module provides a link length of up to 220 meters on standard multimode fiber (MMF) such as Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI) grade, OM1, and OM2 fibers when used with a mode conditioning patch cord. No patch cord is needed for OM3 or OM4 fibers. It also supports link lengths up to 300 meters on standard single-mode fiber (SMF, G.652). This transceiver is designed to provide 10 times faster communication between switches and other networking components. It is compatible with Cisco Meraki MS series switches including MS225, MS250, MS350, MS355, MS390, MS410, and MS425. The SFP-10G-LRM module is a replacement for the older 10GBASE-LRM X2 module.
